When you upload or paste data into tools like Analyze My Data, the analysis runs locally in your browser. Your spreadsheet is parsed and charted on your own device — it isn’t sent to a server as part of the calculation. Open-ended “ask the data” questions may call our AI endpoint; when they do, only the specific context needed is sent, and never stored beyond answering.
AI supports decisions; accountable people make them. We don’t hand judgement to a model.
We apply appropriate controls to sensitive information and don’t use your data for unrelated purposes.
Where AI is involved, you’ll know. Our tools state clearly what is illustrative and what is computed.
Important outputs require human validation. Our tools are screening-level, not a substitute for professional judgement.
