Zulfiqar has over 13 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in strategy development and planning, business analysis, performance measurement, digitalization, and business transformation. He is renowned for improving profitability, reducing costs, increasing efficiency, and boosting customer numbers by applying data analytics to create process improvements and changes. CFA, ACCA, and FRM are among his qualifications.
Sheryar Nadeem
Executive Director
Sheryar has more than 12 years of experience in Business Consultancy and Finance. He holds an ACCA membership and a BSc (Hons) from Oxford Brookes. Preparing business plans and pitch deck presentations to raise investment rounds is one of his key areas of competencies. Expertise in conducting research and competitive analysis, strategy documents, policies and procedures, internal audits, monitoring and evaluation, and a variety of other tasks.

Maheen Yaqoob is a seasoned finance professional with over a decade of experience in Corporate Finance, Business Process Reengineering, Automation, and Strategic Performance Management. She has worked across various industries, including Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Financial Services, Energy, and Project Management. An ACCA member, Maheen combines her solid accounting foundation with practical expertise to analyze complex financial data, identify improvement areas, and develop strategies to drive business growth.

Naseem hails from the province of Balochistan and is the Executive Director of BDPRI and the Founding Executive Director, Center for Sustainability Research and Practice, University of Lahore. Director International Youth Summit Series & Focal Person of Chief Minister Baluchistan's Taskforce on Youth and SDGs. Naseem has been speaking at high-level conferences in the UAE, Russia, China, and Poland. He has been giving sessions at institutions like Tsinghua University, , Higher School of Economics, Moscow and Southwest University of Political Science and law. He is also a visiting Fellow at the China ASEAN Legal research Centre and a Foreign Expert at the Non-Traditional Security Institute in Chong Qing China.
